Who we are

Sisu Smart Home, LLC, 339 S Route 291, Liberty, MO 64068 ("Sisu," "we," "us"). This page explains what we collect when you buy a Sisu membership on this site.

What checkout collects

• Your name and email address, and your phone number if you give one.
• The plan you chose (Sisu Core or Sisu Premium).
• Your IP address and browser details, and a record of your agreement: the date and time you checked the terms box, the exact box wording, and the version of the terms you agreed to.

You enter your card or bank details, or apply for monthly payments, on QuickBooks' secure payment page. We never see or store your card or bank numbers.

How we use it

To create your customer record and invoice, take your payment, provide and support your membership, send receipts and renewal notices, and keep a record that you agreed to the terms. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

• Intuit QuickBooks. Your name, email, phone and plan go into our QuickBooks account so we can invoice you and process your payment. Intuit handles the payment itself under its own privacy statement.
• Affirm. If you choose monthly payments, Affirm receives what it needs to review and process your application, under Affirm's own terms and privacy policy.
• Our hosting provider, which runs this website, and anyone the law requires us to share it with.

How long we keep it

We keep your membership and payment records for as long as your membership lasts and as required for our accounting and tax records. We keep your agreement record for the life of your membership plus 5 years after it ends.
